- 4 oz crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- 1 bag mini marshmallows
- Small wooden skewers or toothpicks
Instructions
- For Caprese Skewers: On a small skewer or toothpick, alternately thread a cherry tomato, a fresh mozzarella ball, and a fresh basil leaf. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Arrange on a platter and drizzle lightly with balsamic glaze, if desired.
