• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 16 oz white chocolate melting wafers or white chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Finely crush the entire package of Oreo cookies (filling and all) in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs. Alternatively, place cookies in a large zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin.
2. In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreo crumbs with the softened cream cheese. Mix thoroughly until well combined and a dough-like consistency is formed. You might need to use your hands to get it fully mixed.
3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
4. Place the baking sheet with the Oreo balls in the freezer for at least 15-20 minutes, or refrigerate for 30-60 minutes, until firm.
