  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, and soda.
  3. Mix until well combined and pour into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
