Instructions
- Wash the Spinach: Rinse the fresh spinach under cold water and use a salad spinner or a clean kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
- Trim the Stems: If necessary, trim off thick stems from the spinach. This step is optional for baby spinach.
- Heat the Oil: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil (or butter) over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes until it shimmers.
- Add Garlic: Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds, stirring frequently until fragrant and slightly golden.
- Add Spinach: Add the washed spinach to the skillet, stirring to coat it with the garlic and oil. If needed, add it in batches.
