- 1 oz Passion Fruit Puree (fresh or frozen, thawed)
- 4 oz Soda Water (club soda or sparkling water)
- ½ oz Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)
- ½ oz Simple Syrup (adjust to taste)
- Ice Cubes (plenty)
- Lime Wedge or Passion Fruit Slice (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Chill Your Glass: Fill a highball glass with ice. You can chill the glass in the freezer for a few minutes beforehand.
- Combine Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, passion fruit puree, lime juice, and simple syrup.
- Add Ice: Fill the shaker about two-thirds full with ice.
- Shake Vigorously: Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
- Strain: Remove the ice from the chilled glass (if it hasn’t already melted). Strain the contents of the shaker into the glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with Soda Water: Gently top the glass with soda water.
- Garnish: Garnish with a lime wedge or a slice of fresh passion fruit (optional).
- Stir Gently: Give the drink a gentle stir to combine.
