- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for icing)

- In a small bowl, combine warm milk and granulated sugar. Sprinkle yeast over the top and let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Add the frothy yeast mixture and stir until combined.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until a shaggy dough forms.
- Transfer to a floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Crush Oreo cookies into small pieces and set aside.
- Combine crushed Oreos, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Punch down the risen dough and roll it out into a 12×18 inch rectangle.
- Brush melted butter over the dough and sprinkle the Oreo filling mixture evenly.
- Roll the dough tightly from one long edge into a log.
- Slice the log into 12 equal pieces, about 1.5 inches thick.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for another 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese icing over the warm rolls and serve.
