- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Maraschino cherries, halved (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Dissolve the Gelatin: In a large bowl, combine the undrained crushed pineapple and the peach gelatin.
- Add Boiling Water: Pour in the boiling water and stir continuously until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Cool Slightly: Let the mixture cool slightly (about 15-20 minutes or until no longer steaming).
- Incorporate Sweetened Condensed Milk: Gently stir in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
- Fold in Whipped Topping: Carefully fold in the thawed whipped topping until evenly incorporated. Do not overmix.
- Add Chopped Peaches: Gently fold in the chopped peaches.
- Incorporate Pecans: Fold in the chopped pecans.
- Pour into a Dish: Pour the mixture into a serving dish or individual cups.
- Chill Thoroughly: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Garnish (Optional): Before serving, garnish with halved maraschino cherries.
- Serve and Enjoy: Serve chilled.
