Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1 bottle (750 ml) white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- 1 cup peach schnapps
- 1 cup club soda or lemon-lime soda
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Gather your frozen raspberries and peaches. Blend them on high until smooth, leaving a few small chunks if desired. Set the fruit puree aside.
- In a large pitcher, pour in the entire bottle of white wine. Add the peach schnapps and fresh lime juice. Stir in the fruit puree until well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness with simple syrup as needed.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor. Alternatively, chill in the freezer for about 30 minutes, being careful not to freeze solid.
- Just before serving, add club soda or lemon-lime soda for fizz. Prepare serving glasses, adding ice cubes if desired. Pour the sangria into glasses, including fruit pieces, and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing taste of your Frozen Raspberry Peach Sangria with friends and family!
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute wine and schnapps with sparkling grape juice and peach nectar.
- Experiment with different fruits like strawberries or blueberries for a unique twist.
- Add a splash of vodka or gin for a stronger drink if desired.
