- 2 tablespoons Gochujang
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together gochujang, melted butter, honey, and garlic.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the gochujang butter mixture generously over the salmon.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
