- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, sugar, and eggs until smooth.
- Add in the citrus zest and juice, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
