Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken cutlets by seasoning them with salt and pepper.
  2. Coat the chicken cutlets in flour, then dip them in beaten eggs, and finally coat them with breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken cutlets until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the kale Caesar salad by massaging the kale with olive oil and lemon juice.
  5. Add Caesar dressing, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese to the kale and toss to combine.
  6. Once the chicken cutlets are done, assemble the sandwich by placing a cutlet on a slice of bread, topping it with the kale Caesar salad, and adding another slice of bread on top.
