- 1 ounce Apple Cider (fresh pressed or store-bought)
- 1/2 ounce Butterscotch Schnapps
- 1/2 ounce Caramel Vodka (optional)
- 1/4 ounce Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
- Ice
- Caramel Sauce (for drizzling)
- Apple Slice (Granny Smith recommended)
- Cinnamon Sugar (optional, for rimming)
Instructions
- Prepare the Glass (Optional): Drizzle caramel sauce inside a martini glass. If desired, rim the glass with cinnamon sugar by moistening the rim and dipping it into cinnamon sugar. Chill the glass in the freezer.
- Fill Shaker: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice (about two-thirds full).
- Add Ingredients: Pour in vodka, apple cider, butterscotch schnapps, caramel vodka (if using), and lemon juice.
- Shake: Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
- Strain: Remove the chilled martini glass from the freezer. Strain the cocktail into the glass.
- Garnish: Garnish with an apple slice on the rim. Add a light caramel drizzle on top (optional).
- Serve: Serve immediately and enjoy!
