Instructions
- Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp and salmon. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and mix well. Let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- In a medium saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
