- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil (about 1 tablespoon of salt).
- Add the fettuccine pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions (8-10 minutes) until al dente. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

- Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until pink and opaque. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

- Gradually whisk in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the drained fettuccine in the sauce until well-coated.
- Add the cooked shrimp back into the skillet and toss to combine. Heat through for an additional minute.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more Cajun seasoning if desired.
- Serve the pasta in bowls or on plates, twirling for presentation.
- Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and additional Parmesan if desired.
- Dig in and savor your creamy Cajun shrimp Alfredo pasta!
Notes
