- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes. Pat the chicken cubes dry with paper towels.
- Set Up Breading Station:
- Dish 1: Combine flour and half of the Ranch seasoning mix.
- Dish 2: Whisk together milk and egg.
- Dish 3: Combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, remaining Ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Bread the Chicken:
- Toss chicken in flour mixture, shake off excess.
- Dip in egg wash, let excess drip off.
- Dredge in panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Repeat with remaining chicken.
- Air Fry the Chicken:
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange chicken in a single layer in the basket (cook in batches if needed).
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown (internal temperature reaches 165°F/74°C).
- Check for doneness by cutting into a larger piece. Juices should run clear.
- Repeat if necessary with remaining chicken.
- Serve: Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces (Ranch, honey mustard, BBQ sauce, etc.) and sides.
Notes
- Patting the chicken dry is crucial for crispy breading.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches for even cooking.
- Serve immediately for the best texture.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer to crisp them up again.
